OUR STORY
Severn Valley Roasts have been catering since 1994.
We specialise in the traditional way of catering, whilst adhering to modern food standards and regulations. Our company proudly sports a 5 star Food Hygiene Rating.
From a farming background in the heart of Shropshire, Alan has been a qualified butcher for the past 30 years. For 23+ years, he has owned and managed Severn Valley Roasts.
We pride ourselves in quality and a friendly service and our flavourful hog roasts are cooked and presented in the traditional method showing the whole pig on a spit and carved in front of the customer in full view.

WHAT WE DO
Looking for catering services for your upcoming event or party? Look no further than Severn Valley Roasts!
We specialise in catering for a wide range of events including birthdays, weddings, christenings, garden parties, carnivals, shows, fetes, and festivals. Our self-contained setup allows us to cater both indoors and outdoors with various covers to suit your needs.
For larger events such as game fairs, festivals, and shows, we have an articulated lorry that houses three hog roast machines and other barbecue equipment. Based in Central England, we are willing to travel almost any distance to make your event a success. You may have even seen us previously at popular events like The Ludlow Food Festival, The Black Country Living Museum, Appleby Horse Fayre, and various shows in Shropshire and across the UK.
At Severn Valley Roasts, we are extremely flexible and always happy to accommodate your needs. If you require something that is not on our price list, just ask and we will do our best to make it happen.
